Who we are?

What personal data we collect and why we collect it?
We retain two types of information:
”Personal Data”: this is data that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you and may include your name, address, email address, telephone number, job title and billing information.
“Non-Personal Data”: like most websites, we gather statistical and other analytical information collected on an aggregate basis of all visitors to our website. This Non-Personal Data comprises information that cannot be used to identify or contact you, such as demographic information regarding, for example, user IP addresses where they have been clipped or anonymised, browser types and other anonymous statistical data involving the use of our website.
“Personal Data”: we collect any Personal Data you provide to us when you complete our contact form online, call our office, subscribe to our newsletter or complete our course assessment form. Any Personal Data you provide to us is processed for the following purposes:
- to provide you with the relevant services you have enquired,
- to contact you if required in connection with your enquiry or to respond to any communications you might send to us,
- to keep you informed of updates to our services via our newsletter,
- to create your course attendance certificate.
“Non-Personal Data”: we use the Non-Personal Data gathered from visitors to our website in an aggregate form to get a better understanding of where our visitors come from and to help us better design, organise our website and improve the services that we offer to our clients.
When you leave comments or engage in a chat on our website we collect the data shown in the comments form or chat window, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

What rights you have over your data?
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we amend or erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
How long we retain your data?
Upon your request, we can amend or delete your Personal Data at any time. You can request to be removed from our database by contacting email@example.com
Updating, verifying and deleting personal data
You can decide of whether or not you wish to receive communications from us. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter or update your communication preferences at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the footer of our newsletter.
You may also inform us of any changes in your Personal Data, and we will update or delete your Personal Data accordingly.
